Milton Keynes South MP, Iain Stewart’s annual Christmas Card Competition has drawn to a close with the winner and runners-up having been chosen.
This year, Iain Stewart MP received nearly 400 entries, making the judge’s jobs even more difficult than in previous years.
The staff at Milton Keynes Business Centre chose the winning entry to be Maya from Bishop Parker Catholic School.
Also, the runners-up were Maria from Falconhurst School and Sophie from Caroline Haslett Primary School.
Alongside sending his Christmas Cards to family and friends, Iain hand delivered a Christmas Card to the Prime Minister, Boris Johnson.
Commenting, Iain Stewart MP said:
“It is safe to say that Milton Keynes has some upcoming artists. I was amazed at the quality of the entries I received for my Christmas Card Competition from pupils across my constituency.
“I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone who sent in their artwork, teachers and parents who helped and to my judges, for making this possible.
“This year’s competition has helped me get into the festive spirit so have a Merry Christmas everyone!”
