New Railcard For 16-17 Year Olds Giving 50% Rail Discount

With my passion for Transport, I welcome today's news of a railcard for 16 and 17 year olds. With the railcard set to launch in September, just in time for the start of the academic year, it enables all 16 and 17 year olds to receive 50% off rail travel.
